Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering will be accepted and refunded. After 24 hours we will already be working on your package and therefore cannot cancel or refund the order. We do not accept returns if the product had already been used. There may be slight variations between the colour of your product and what is represented on the website.

Once processed and packed, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. Once ready to ship, all orders will be updated with a tracking number.
