We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard order processing time is 2-5 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays, but we will make every effort to fulfill your order promptly.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. We offer free shipping promotions periodically, and the eligibility criteria will be clearly stated.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. If your shipping address is outside of these regions, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and/or any other specified method. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Packages will be delivered before 17:00. Please note that delivery times  may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and unforeseen shipping delays. We will make every effort to ensure your package reaches you within the estimated time frame.
Order Tracking and Support:
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to send an email and we will respond asap. We will assist you with order tracking, address changes, delivery issues, or any other shipping-related inquiries.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Therefore we are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages but please do contact us if you have any questions and we will get back to you. Electronic items are tested before sending out and no broken products will be send out either.
Returns and Exchanges:
For information about returns, exchanges, and our refund policy, please refer to our separate Returns and Refunds Policy. Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
